Put an end to outdated admin emails
From WordPress 5.3, a screen will appear every six months when an admin logs in, asking whether the current email address is still up to date. This measure is intended to prevent important notifications about the website status (Site Health) from being sent to outdated or unknown email addresses.

The developers of the plugin are already working on an update. Until a new version is available and Rich Reviews is back in the official plugin directory, you should remove it from your WordPress site.
