There is news! Our new server infrastructure is live. Raidboxes 2.0 means double the performance in the most popular tariffs, state-of-the-art technologies, enhanced security features and more!
Already using Raidboxes? Then log in to the Raidboxes dashboard and create a new box in the Mini to Pro tariff - this will then automatically be on the new server infrastructure. You are not yet with Raidboxes and would like to move your website to our servers as a test? Find out how here. If you have any questions, our live chat is available daily from 8 am to 10 pm.
Raidboxes 2.0 is our biggest and most important development in recent years - our new server infrastructure. The new infrastructure brings more performance, state-of-the-art technologies, enhanced security features and much more. Further details about Raidboxes 2.0 and the migration of existing websites to the new servers can be found in our help center.
All newly created Mini, Starter, Fully Managed and Pro boxes are currently on the new infrastructure. As a Raidboxes customer, you also have the option of cloning your existing boxes (Mini - Pro). The cloned boxes are then located on Raidboxes 2.0 and immediately benefit from the advantages mentioned above. It is planned that our high-traffic tariffs (from Pro XL) will also be able to use the new server infrastructure in the future. We will let you know as soon as we have more information.
